When a stall becomes available, Ipoh Stables Market invites formal Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential traders. These opportunities are promoted across our website, newsletters, and social media channels to ensure maximum visibility for our vendors.

Review
Applications are assessed by the Market’s Retail and Business Development Team based on criteria such as:
- Alignment with the Market’s retail strategy
- Suitability for the precinct
- Community and customer needs
Shortlisted applicants are invited for an interview with Market Management and, if necessary, members of the Market Committee.
Decision
Successful Vendors Notification: Applicants who pass the evaluation will receive an admission notice, and the market team will assist you in completing the leasing procedures.
Unsuccessful Notification: Applicants who are not selected will also receive a thank-you notice, with the hope of future collaboration opportunities.
Temporary Stall Arrangement
While the process is carried out, the Market may temporarily use the stall as a pop-up shop if it has been vacated. This interim use may not align with the offering being sought in the EOI.
